Oxbridge Postgraduate Applications

A postgraduate application is read as research, not as a record of results. It has to survive the reading of someone who actually works in the field: whether the project holds up, which gap it fills, and whose interests it aligns with. All three tiers share one mentor standard — an Oxford or Cambridge doctorate with real admissions experience.

Standard Track

Standard

One research direction, up to three courses. Research direction and topic, plus the core of documents and application forms.

Mentorship Track

Mentorship

Three related directions, up to six courses. One project re-tailored for each course — six applications mean six emphases, not six copies.

High-Touch Track

High-Touch

Five directions, up to ten courses. Interview preparation and ongoing support until the outcome is settled.

Research direction

A proposal has to hold up as research before it can read well: whether the topic is doable, and which gap it fills. Polish cannot rescue a proposal that does not stand.

Documents & forms

The topic has to align with a specific supervisor’s interests: postgraduate admission is a conversation with a person, not a department. A small drift turns "worth discussing" into "no one to take it on".
